We are Feisty Fish Poke, a trailer food business with a fresh fare option for catering, events, night markets, and farmers markets! We provide fresh Hawaiian style (marinated yellowfin tuna) poke bowls for all events and parties! Our company is 98% eco-friendly, including our biodegradable food containers and the electric truck to pull the trailer. Our fish is sustainably sourced!! We would love to collaborate with you!!
