START UP WELLNESS is a sanctuary for those who are committed to working on themselves from the inside out. In the heart of Santa Monica, our wellness center has over 40 different modalities to deal with pain, sleep issues, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and everything in between.
We are a by-assessment-only program that prides ourselves on meeting clients where they are with packages that fit all levels of care.
